Bob Balewicz brings over twenty-four years of real estate, relocation and management experience to our company.

• Bob began his real estate career in 1983 with Weichert Realtors in Hillsborough, NJ, quickly progressing up the ladder of award-winning sales associates. He diversified his knowledge and career into land, new construction and residential sales and listings. Throughout the years he developed relationships in the corporate relocation industry that would serve him well as he progressed in his professional career.
• In 1988 he joined Merrill Lynch Realty as a Broker-Manager and was awarded entrance into the Society of Excellence for his recruiting and branch office management skills. Merrill Lynch Realty & Relocation was purchased by Prudential in 1991 and Bob worked for a local affiliate, Prudential Pioneer Real Estate, as Manager of their Hillsborough office.  A member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Bob was in their first graduating class to earn his ‘Corporate Relocation Professional’ (CRP) designation. It was here and in his next career move that his personal and professional relationships in the corporate relocation industry would come into play.
• In 1993 he joined the Cornerstone Relocation Group when it was in its infancy with three employees. Bob brought his diversified management, brokerage & database knowledge to bear and together with his partner, built Cornerstone into a forty person, full service corporate relocation company that became known for its quality service provision. Atlas Van Lines acquired majority interest of Cornerstone in March of 2000 and Bob worked for the new entity for two years, divesting his final interest in the company in August of 2002.
• Bob then worked for Prudential New Jersey Properties in Middletown, NJ as a Broker-Manager until July of 2005, joining us a few months later.
• Bob holds the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, and is in the process of completing the educational requirements to earn his "CCIM" (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation' later this year.
• A lifelong New Jersey native and graduate of Cook College, Rutgers University, Bob also maintains a residence in Cavendish, Vermont near Okemo Mountain. He is an avid skier and snowmobiler and holds a Vermont Real Estate Broker’s license. He also holds a United States Coast Guard Master Captain’s license and is owner/operator of a Charter Sportfishing boat sailing out of Brielle Yacht Club, Brielle, NJ.
• Bob resides in Brielle, is a parishioner at the 'Church of St. Denis' Roman Catholic Church in Manasquan, NJ and also at ‘Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary‘ parish in Ludlow, Vermont. His mother, two sisters and two nephews all reside in New Jersey.
