Lacey Township is a Municipality in Ocean County NJ and a part of the Jersey Shore Region.  At approximaely 84 suare miles, the Township emcompasses the areas of Forked River, Lanoka Harbor and Bamber Lakes.  Lacey is home to one of the largest waterfront housing communities in Ocean County with miles of homes build on bulkheaded lagoons with access to the Barnegat Bay and also bayfront homes.  There are several marinas, including the New Jersey State Marina, and many fishing clubs such as The Forked River Tuna Club.  To the west of State Highway Route 9 there are several single family homes including lakeside homes along the shores of our three lakes.  In the winter, ice skaters will be seen on the frozen Mill Pond and in the summer kayakers are on the lakes.  Cedar lake is a favored fresh water fishing lake.  The Barnegat Brach Rail Trail also goes through Lacey and is a favorite trail for walkers, bikers and runners.  There is easy North South Access to the Garden State Parkway, Exit 74.  62 Miles to Center City Philadelphia, 50 miles to Atlantic City, and 82 miles to New York City.
