Heritage Bay is a 55+ adult community located in Barnegat, NJ consisting 292 ranch style single family homes.  There are five models build in Heritage Bay.  Construction began in 1997 and was completed in 2003.

The Heritage Bay Clubhouse is home to many of the amenities you will enjoy.  Heritage Bay at Barnegat amenities include the Clubhouse, Library, Multipurpose Room, Fitness Center, Billiards Room and an Arts & Crafts Studion.  Outside amenities are Shuffleboard Courts, Bocce Bll, a Patio and scenic lakes and ponds.

The Association organizes activities for the home owners which include ceramics, bingo, domiones, Mah Jongg, poker, commnity parties, and a travel group.
