This is an adult community rental in an age restricted community for people 55 and older only. Tenants must show proof of age and be 55 or older. Only adult children aged 18 and older may reside with parents. This is not a traditional single-family rental. For those 55 and older this is a freshly painted move-in ready adult community ranch style home with newer kitchen, mostly newer windows, and newer flooring. Appliances are included. Rental applications, proof of income, rental history, references and proof of insurance are required. An on-line application must be completed and paid for by tenants. In addition to rent, tenants pay for gas, electric, cable, phone, water and sewer. Tenants are also responsible for landscaping and snow removal not handled by the HOA.
